Board Member of ŠKODA AUTO for Finance and IT

Christian Schenk’s career is closely linked to the Volkswagen Group – he has held various management positions from auditing to finance to controlling. He has been involved in the brand’s transformation towards e-mobility. Since October 2021, he has been working at ŠKODA AUTO as a member of the Board of Directors for Finance and IT, focusing on efficiency and transforming the company into a sustainable and digital enterprise within the framework of the new NEXT LEVEL strategy – ŠKODA STRATEGY 2030.
Adriana Jahňáková

Director General of ČR/SR, LEGO Trading

During her 24-year career, Adriana Jahňáková has worked in 6 countries and led marketing and sales teams in 100 countries around the world. Before becoming CEO of LEGO Trading for the Czech Republic and Slovakia in March 2020, she also worked for Procter and Gamble, Coca-Cola, and Plzeňský Prazdroj. She is a lecturer on leadership and innovative thinking.
Jan Růžička

Chief External Affairs Officer, Home Credit

Jan Růžička is Chief External Affairs Officer at Home Credit Group. He lives and works in Hong Kong, from where he manages teams in the US, Asia and Europe, responsible for Corporate Affairs, Regulatory, PR, CSR and ESG. Before coming to Asia, he worked for the Czech government for ten years in the Ministries of Culture and Health and was one of the prominent figures in the healthcare reform. Jan Růžička graduated from the University of Cambridge and Charles University and is still active in academia, teaching behavioural economics and disruption in finance and healthcare at universities in Asia and Europe.
Lenka Mašková

Social responsibility manager ČR/SR, Tchibo

Lenka Mašková was at the origin of Tchibo’s local CSR strategy in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She has been managing corporate responsibility projects there for the tenth year. In her work, she also draws on her previous experience in the non-profit sector and project management in local government.
Barbora Kotoun

Sustainability Manager, IKEA

on Board of Directors of the Union of Modern Energy

Barbora works as a Sustainability Manager for the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia region. Her main task is to integrate Ingka Group’s strategic goals regarding sustainable development and the circular economy into the daily operations of the IKEA brand and its retail chain. IKEA wants to be climate neutral by 2030, and one of the ways to do this is by applying the principles of the circular economy and waste prevention. Barbora also works as an internal ambassador and spokesperson for sustainability issues at IKEA and Ingka Group. She is also responsible for a number of projects that motivate customers to live a healthy and sustainable life.
Zuzana Holá

Zuzana Holá leads the corporate communications team at Vodafone and is also responsible for the company’s sustainable business and ESG. Her team is responsible for coordinating ESG activities, non-financial reporting, audits and education. She is also the director of the Vodafone Foundation, whose mission is to support technologies with a positive social impact. She was also involved in sustainability before Vodafone, having managed CSR and setting the sustainable development and reporting strategy at Lidl for several years.

Nick Archer – British Ambassador to the Czech Republic from 2018 to 2022. Previously, he served as Ambassador to Denmark and High Commissioner to Malta.
Ayesha Pratricia Rekhi

Ambassador of Canada in the Czech Republic

Since 1999, when Ayesha Pratricia Rekhi began working at the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada and in 2002 at the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, she has served in Canada as an Advisor for Peacebuilding and Human Security Issues and as Deputy Director of the Southeast Asia and Oceania Division. Between 2000-2019, she also worked directly in Southeast Asia. In August 2019, A. Rekhi was appointed Ambassador of Canada to the Czech Republic.
Phasporn Sangasubana

Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand in the Czech Republic

Phasporn Sangasubana has been the Ambassador of Thailand to the Czech Republic since 2021. Since 1991, she has served in various countries, such as Norway, Austria, the Russian Federation, Singapore, and Indonesia.
Vít Papoušek

ESG Manager, Home Credit Group

Vít Papoušek is the ESG Manager of the Home Credit Group. He helps develop sustainability principles across the group, is responsible for ESG reporting and actively monitors trends, regulations and opportunities that sustainability brings. He is a certified ESG analyst (CESGA). In addition, he coordinates social responsibility projects at Home Credit and is in charge of financial literacy. He lives in Hong Kong and has been in Asia for eight years.
Milan Medek

CSR Manager, Kooperativa

Milan Medek works as a CSR manager at the Kooperativa insurance company and is also the executive director of the Kooperativa Foundation. His CSR department focuses on prevention, sustainability and ecology, diversity and philanthropy. Over the past 20 years, he has held managerial positions in marketing, including 11 years as the director of marketing and product development at Kooperativa. He has also taught marketing and CSR at universities.
Karel Smékal

Director of the Department of Communication

Karel Smékal has been the Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the participation of the Czech Republic in world exhibitions since 2020. In his previous diplomatic career, he served as Deputy Consul General of the Czech Republic in New York (2016 – 2020) and Deputy Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Albania (2011 – 2014). He is a graduate of the Faculty of Arts of Charles University and the Prague Conservatory.
Martina Popenková

Martina Popenková joined Ipsos in 2010 as an Account Director responsible for research in the areas of innovation, potential measurement and sales forecasting, as well as projects dealing with branding and broader market understanding. She is now a Senior Client Director dedicated to implementing research results into company processes across many sectors. Before joining Ipsos, Martina worked for several years for Kantar in the UK.

Founder, Flagship Impact; president, Business Leaders Forum

Sandra Feltham is a leading expert on sustainable development and ESG in the Czech Republic. She is the President of the Business Leaders Forum and owns Flagship, a consulting agency specializing in responsible business in Central and Eastern Europe.
