Jan Růžička

Chief External Affairs Officer, Home Credit

Jan Růžička is Chief External Affairs Officer at Home Credit Group. He lives and works in Hong Kong, from where he manages teams in the US, Asia and Europe, responsible for Corporate Affairs, Regulatory, PR, CSR and ESG. Before coming to Asia, he worked for the Czech government for ten years in the Ministries of Culture and Health and was one of the prominent figures in the healthcare reform. Jan Růžička graduated from the University of Cambridge and Charles University and is still active in academia, teaching behavioural economics and disruption in finance and healthcare at universities in Asia and Europe.
Nataša Foltánová

Founder, Tierra Verde s.r.o.

Nataša Foltánová began her career in Canada, where she studied international business. After completing her studies, she worked as a buyer on an African construction project, and after returning to the Czech Republic, she was instrumental in the creation of several microbreweries. In 2008, she founded Tierra Verde, a company producing ecological cleaning products. From Tierra Verde, which, according to her own words, was created directly in her kitchen, she built a company with a turnover of 100 million. In March of this year, she left Tierra Verde and is focusing on other projects.

He has been in the aviation industry for over thirty years, having worked for Lufthansa, Swissair and Brussels Airlines. Since 2016, he has been working for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as Country Manager for Austria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

She is dedicated to non-financial reporting, sustainable development and CSR.
